"I first met Dr Franco when he came to our office as a traveling implant oral surgeon. We were a new dental office that was transitioning general dentists. Our general dentist retired early to care for a sick family member, we were using temporary dentists until her replacement was hired.     "Dr Franco would review treatment plans and medical histories before treatment. He instructed me on his regiment of pretreatment medications which I would then call in for the patients. Before beginning any treatment, he would spend time asking the patient if they had any questions on the procedure about to be performed. Every patient knew exactly what was about to be done, as well as what to expect after surgery. No surprises."


    "Between surgeries, I would schedule consultation appointments. When he walked into the operatory that patient was given his undivided attention. Direct eye contact with the patients, explained his recommended treatment, answered all their questions, and always in language they understood. I had several patients tell me how nervous they were about making such a life changing decision on their dental health but after speaking with Dr. they were totally at ease. He calmed their fears."
